ELA: We have been working on Persuasive Essays -What should Mrs. Hildreth be for Halloween? We are also working on parts of speech - nouns, verbs, adjectives and much more.
In Reading we are working on citing the details, reading different types of genres and inferencing! We are doing these things within our reading series, but is also carried over into other content areas.
Math: We are currently working on finishing up the first unit - integers, whole numbers and rational numbers. We have learned about how to compare, order and plot on a number line. We will move on to operations with fractions next.

Religion: We attend Mass weekly on Thursday mornings at 9am, in addition to any Holy Days of Obligation, and feast days.

We are currently working on learning about the Creation story.
